OMara can complete your bathroom renovations of any design and using any materials. All work will be fully insured for workers compensation, contract works, public liability and HBCF. All bathrooms are waterproofed using the well respected Wet-seal Australia system which our company has used for the last 40 years.

KITCHEN RENOVATIONS

Kitchens are now the focal point of most homes and a great way to add value to your home. OMara can your renovate your kitchen of any design and using any materials. All work will be fully insured for workers compensation, contract works, public liability and HBCF.

We offer a complete service including demolition as required including any asbestos if required. We can install any new timber wall frames and rotten or termite damaged timber studs. We can rectify any floor structure by pouring any new concrete to cut & patch concrete slab for new services such as water, gas or sewer. We can re-level the old floor with new concrete or timber flooring if required or install new floor tiles, vinyl or floating timber floor. Some jobs require new windows or skylights, we do that also. We can build a new walk-in pantry or butler kitchen and install new swinging, cavity sliding or barn doors. We will arrange all plumbing & electrical work and can upgrade lighting, power, water or gas services to your requirements. Some clients like new higher cupboards with new cornice, no problem.

We supply all kitchen appliances to your requirements or even allow you to supply and get us to install so you can shop around for the sale items

With many people now working from home it makes sense to add a home office or study to your second storey extension. There are also many tax benefits you can enjoy but including a home office but you should seek independent advice on these tax implications as everyone has different financial circumstances. O’Mara regularly builds home office / studies as part of our projects and can assist in the re-design, using any materials from any supplier. We can design & build your new home office including ;
