CARPENTERS
Our carpentry team consists of a mixture of tradesman wage employee's, apprentices and subcontract carpenters. The carpentry team includes the extended O'Mara family. Luke's father-in-law Garry is one of our on-site working foremen. Luke's 2 sons (Dallas & Colby) are also current apprentice carpenters, making 3 generations now working for O'Mara Constructions.
Unlike project home companies our carpentry team complete all aspects of carpentry form start to finish, including bearers & joists, sheet & strip flooring, frames & trusses, complex pitched roof's, metal roofing, fascia & guttering, wall cladding, eaves lining, internal fixout, detailed joinery and anything else that needs to be done.

OTHER TRADESMAN
Other trades such as plumbers, electricians, painters, and alike are employed on a job to job basis only. What differs from our company compared to project home companies is that are tradesman all know each other and work together as a team, rather than individual contractors who do not cross paths.
We pride ourselves that all our tradesmen are fully qualified and insured. Also having a close group of tradesmen that know each and consider the next trade on the job makes the job flow more freely and improves the quality of the final product.
