Some home sites have special requirements that require special attention. We can custom your existing design or design your new home to allow for ;

SPECIAL OWNER REQUIREMENTS

We can construct any new home allowing for specific owner requirements, such as;

• Disabled access (bathroom design to Australian Standards AS1428) - disabled toilet suites, no-step showers, support rails, hand-held shower roses, wider access doors, shower seats, special access baths
• Internal passenger lift (for 2 or 3 storey homes), inclinatiors, dumb waiters
• additional storage (roof space, attic ladders or sub-floor)
• Acoustic noise reduction methods
• High security protection inclusions (alarms, sensors, wall/floor safes, security screens)
• Energy saving inclusions (water tanks, grey water systems, solar panels, double glazing, tilted glass, sun-hoods, pergolas, shutters, etc)
• Termite treatments - steel frames, treated pine, reticulation systems, perimeter barriers
• Electrical special requirements (3 phase power points, ducted vacuum, alarms, smart-home or CBUS, dimmers, LED's, downlight, driveway bollards, under-floor heating, etc)
• Metalwork - balustrade (glass, stainless steel, wrought iron or powder coated metal), privacy screens
